Of all the morning-after fretting about the future of the Republican Party’s relevance in a majority-minority country, GOP strategist Chuck Warren’s comment was my favorite: “To be frank, we’re a ‘Mad Men’ party in a ‘Modern Family’ world.” That’s a clever way to describe what many Republicans have...

Grant, You are completely correct that demographics are changing. But they have ALWAYS changed. We've not been a "white nation" since 1915 as most Eastern and Southern Europeans were not considered at the time "white." We've not been a WASP nation since 1850 as Irish and Catholi...

I'm sure it will depend on how he's polling. After 4 yrs of O, Bush derangement has already subsided a lot. And I think after 8 yrs of the anyone-but-Bush candidate's failures, there's a good chance that it won't be the factor that it has been. I could be wrong, though. I was one of the ones who be...

I found it interesting that PPP was found to be the most accurate state-by-state pollster this election. Remember all the bashing PPP got when they showed Huckabee up in polls for the primary last year? If only Huckabee had decided to run this time...

While true that there were many disaffected voters that simply did not vote, it's also undeniable that the demographics of this country are changing and that minority voters have become a more significant voting bloc. Faith and values voters are still the GOP's most reliable voting bloc, but the Dem...

I definitely think a Huck-Rubio or a Huck-Jindal (or even a Jindal-Rubio) ticket would be amazing. But the ticket isn't going to matter if we don't start appealing to a much larger group. Things could get even tougher as puerto rico could become the 51st state sometime soon (they voted for the firs...

The following article caught my attention: If only white people had voted on Tuesday, Mitt Romney would have carried every state except for Massachusetts, Iowa, Connecticut and New Hampshire, according to the news media’s exit polls. Nationally, Romney won 59 percent of the white vote, a towering tw...

I would be ecstatic if Huckabee were to run in 2016, but I doubt he will run. If Huckabee doesn't run, I would like Bobby Jindal, Marco Rubio, or Susana Martinez to run.

I follow Marco Rubio on Facebook and last night, he posted a statement about the presidential election. This is an excerpt from the statement that particularly caught my attention: "In the next Congress, I am committed to working on upward mobility policies that will ensure people who work hard...

I can understand people not wanting to vote for Romney, but I am absolutely shocked that so many people cast their vote for Obama. Unemployment and the deficit higher now than when Obama took office, the Benghazi cover up, the HHS mandate... this is a sad day for America. :(

Mitt wins NC!

Still a narrow path to victory, but there's still hope as long as VA, FL, OH, CO/IA/NV aren't won by Obama.
