What I find interesting about these clips/articles about Romney, is the sheer ignorance of the Romney supporters. They think these clips/articles are worthless.

But what they are missing is that the left and Obama are going to have a field day painting Romney as

1. a failed career politician-Yes-Romney would be a career politician except for the fact that he kept losing and would have lost re-election due to his 34% approval rating.

2. a business man with no real core-one who will not take a stand on anything except being proud of Romneycare. Obama will say that he himself has core convictions and wants to be re-elected to finish the task at hand. Obama will say that Romney has no core convictions and will say and do anything to win the presidency-which Mitt Romney will actually govern the white house?

3. a wealthy man who does not understand kitchen table issues and the struggles of the common working man.

4. a plastic man who is just not likeable. Obama will talk about how during the Republican primaries, Romney was a weak front runner because the GOP voters understood that there were better candidates out there who needed to get into the race.

So as Ann Coulter once said rather emphatically, if Romney wins the nomination, he will lose in the general to Obama.

Sadly we will have 4 more years...

My thoughts exactly...

I tend to think we should forget the POTUS race and focus our resources on all the rest of the elected offices. Kind of a pessimistic view I know, but that it how it all feels to me right now.

The closer we get to the start of the primaries, the more it appears that Huckabee decided to sit this one out and to wait till the next round in 4 years knowing that this field will be narrowed to Romney. If Romney is the nominee, he will need Huckabee as his VP and Romney, the pragmatist, will have him on his short list.
