Here in Georgia our Governor Sonny Perdue is serving his last term as governor. There is already a Republican Candidate that has thrown his hat into the ring and he did so with a bang on Saturday at the Georgia Republican Convention.

If he is elected he promises to meet with and persuade all the other Governors to draft a Constitutional Ammendment repealing the 16th Amme and enacting the FairTax and get it done by State Constitutional conventions. He is upset that Congress isn't following the leadership of John Linder on this issue.

Used to live in Forsyth County but now am in SC. Wish I could vote for him but I will support him thru hucpac and maybe volunteer to make some calls.
