To see more of the moderator options, click on Moderator Control Panel towards the top of any page but below the User Control Panel link.

Moderator logs - shows actions taken by the moderators from most to least current

Banning - users can be banned by username, IP, or email; there should be discussion between mods before a member is banned unless there is a need to act quickly; if this happens, discussion can occur afterwards and if need be, the member can be unbanned
