There are many blog providers to choose from. Which ones are more friendly to political blogs or are they all about the same?

I would like to know this, too. Also... is it difficult to "decorate" the front page so it doesn't look like the same raw template that 10,399 others are using?

Are there any advantages to any particular site, such as WordPress, for example?

I've always been happy with blogger.com. They have the best templates and user panel, I think.

I use blogger for my own website and at RightSpeak.

I use wordpress at Wise Republic.

Both are easy to use.

I have no idea which functions either one offers over the other.

Both are free and easy to use.

My suggestion would be to click on several blogs and see what the url tells you: blogger or wordpress. Then check out the functions and design of those sights.

How cool that some here at HA have decided to step out and be the someone to BLOG!

From what I have seen (having used blogger and Word Press), Word Press seems to be more versatile. Both are good though. There are temples for both providers all over the internet.
