This is a snippet for tommorrow's release.

Quote:
-Most worrisome for Santorum are his GOP primary numbers though. The 54% of home state Republicans with a favorable opinion of him is well behind the 64% who like Mike Huckabee and the 63% who like Sarah Palin, equal to the percentage who like Newt Gingrich, and just a hair above the 52% who like Mitt Romney. On the horse race question just 11% say Santorum would be their top choice as the party's nominee, putting him in 5th place behind those other four.

They are polling the bonus candidate for this month nation poll. Among the candidate to choose from:

Quote:
Michele Bachmann
John Boehner
John Bolton
Mitch Daniels
Rudy Giuliani
Jon Huntsman
Tim Pawlenty
Mike Pence
John Thune
Donald Trump

Santorum has to contend with his support of Arlen Specter way back when - that's a lot for PA Republicans to forgive... :P

Romney seems to keep falling. 4th place again in a blue collar state.
Hey, do we have a smiley that is falling?

Go to the link and vote for the bonus candidate tonight or first thing tomorrow...I recommend Huntsman as I believe he will weaken support for Romney in the polling.

Huntsman is ahead of Bachmann in this poll by about 10 votes. They will cut off voting sometime today. Please vote for Huntsman asap. I'd like to see him included to affect Romney's numbers.

Steadfast, with all due respect, that's not what they are polling. They are looking for a bonus republican in the race against obama, not for the primary :) So vote Bachmann instead, it will be interesting to see if she does better than Palin.

http://publicpolicypolling.blogspot.com/2011/01/obama-leads-all-comers-in-pennsylvania.html

Brief quote from blog:
Quote:
Only Huckabee among the Republicans is viewed favorably by a plurality of voters in the state, with 39% seeing him favorably and 36% unfavorably. The reason he trails Obama anyway is that while 21% of Democrats like him personally only 14% are actually willing to vote for him. The rest of the Republican candidates run from slightly unpopular (Mitt Romney at a 34/38 favorability and Rick Santorum at a 38/44) to extremely unpopular (Newt Gingrich at a 29/53 and Sarah Palin at a 34/59).

It has the link to head to head against Obama poll results posted.

Here's Aron's (the poll guru from RightOSphere and Race42012) blog link that gives the rundown:

And on the Rick Santorum front, I can further report....the Great Santini was spotted by a friend of mine at the swearing-in party for the new Congress....but oddly enough, he was visiting the NEW HAMPSHIRE delegation's party.

Things that make ya go Hmmmm...
