It is not an either/or, whether you join Huckabee for America or follow Huck's Army.

I am a member of both, but obviously love this format for its own reasons, among which are built-in options that differ from Facebook. I am a reluctant user of Facebook, because I see that social media is where many people go, yet much unaccountability reigns there. And much oversight, potentially, by those who may not like us conservatives. I can remember quite a few times it has shut down reader's pages for 24 hours because its managers do not approve of certain topics of speech they believe are "politically incorrect." A big deal? Well, part of Romney's last minute failure to get the vote he thought would be a win was the strategy of Obama (?) to shut down his computer system the day before. Romney's team was operating at a great last minute disadvantage. So, Facebook is important, but it can fail us. I think we need Huck's Army, also.

Huck's Army format offers the opportunity for a bit longer and more thorough conversations, ones which are easier to return to. And there's easier access to archived material. The Facebook option is more similar to a message board that is ongoing. Huck's Army is, and has been, an unofficial--that is, grassroots--support group.

I am glad to see that some people are still active. I was recently promoted to site admin, and I am going to be working hard to rebuild the site. I have already started adding content to the facebook page, and the Youtube channel. In the next two weeks I will work on re-freshing the website with a totally new design. I have also been pruning and organizing the forum. I hope to start posting more topics once this is done. I would love any suggestions on how to make the forum more useful.

Joshua, we are so glad to have you here with your skills at refreshing this website! What sort of new design do you propose? What forum organization will you be doing? Could we be in on some of the choices? I would suggest that the opening page be updated. The articles there are outdated. Also, some have said it is cumbersome to join, be accepted, and then to know how to post.

I have already done a lot of the forum re-organization. I moved a lot forum areas into the archive, for easy searching, and condensed many forum areas into fewer ones. A lot of forum areas had a very few number of topics, so I merged some together. I will still be pruning the main forum areas from old topics, but a lot of topics will still be relevant, such as discussion of negative stories that are still floating around. We need those discussions and rebuttals for the campaign. If you would like to suggest some improvements, please post them in the suggestion box.
