Wow, great interveiw.. I love how Huckabee is starting to really come public about embracing the tea party. He was tea party before their was a tea party. The first Huckabee rally I went to when Huckabee was running was the first "Tea Party" I had ever been to.

First time (that I've heard) that he didn't reply by saying 'I love my job at Fox.' He said he's excited about what's going to happen in November.

It seems as though his response is more direct, more hopeful. It's as though he feels a part of the 'outsider' mindset, as though he's emboldened by the wins of the tea partiers who aren't the party darlings.

I bet the Sarah Palin trial balloon, longest one ever I do believe, has run its course. Mike Huckabee is, I think, capitalizing on that. She courted the Tea Party movement for a long time but it just is not working. I don't know if it is MH alone or some secret advisor but it seems to me he is making a concerted effort to win over a few Tea Partiers. If he did so while Sarah Paling was trying too, well that might of led to too much controversy of political tug of war between the two. He seems to be very smooth with it.

This was a very good discussion. He comes across very likable and presidential.

On the Huck's Army homepage in that video with Neil Cavuto, I thought it was impressive the way Cavuto called Huckabee "the first real Tea Partier."
