Howdy mods, maybe you can make this a sticky.

Here are 3 good links to track results later. I couldn't get the Politico NV one working yet.

We're off to do a sign wave in San Antonio near a busy highway. It's 40F with 20mph winds...........that's cold for us! We'll have 10 folks out there getting frozen for Mike.

1-2 Inches is hardly enough to prevent people from voting... If it was 5-6 I'd be worried...

I'm watching Morning Joe and they have been waiting for it to snow, about every 15 minutes they report that it still isn't snowing yet. They have been saying that there has been some on and off again raining going on.

Let's get the vote out people

I see that it is only raining, but some of it looked a little heavy. But if they get snow it could be a problem. Keep in mind this isn't Iowa, or Michigan where snow comes all the time. I gotta believe that a little snow in SC is like a lot in Michigan.

Well, just got back from the polling place. That's 3 votes in the bag for Mr. Huckabee from me and my family. One more coming later this evening from my sister. Turnout was pretty good at my local polling place, and we're in Huckabee Country out here.

Latest forecast from the NWS has rain changing to snow in upstate SC at 2 p.m. today. Evidently they are looking at 1-3 inches of snow this afternoon and evening.

By the way its 41 and raining in Greenville now and 45 and raining in Columbus.

If any of you should want to watch the weather with me I'd recommend the following page that will give you a good snapshot of each city.

Isn't it raining over large parts of the state, besides the northern areas that are expecting snow? If all areas are having bad weather, I'm hoping it may not be such a big deal.

The Nevada caucuses start at 9am PST for the Republicans and will be done by 10am PST. That means they start in less than 10 minutes!!!!!!!!

Special weather statement from the NWS for Greenville:

Quote:
Light to moderate rain showers will continue moving northeast across the upstate of South Carolina into the early afternoon. Sleet and snow will mix in at times...and a change over to all snowfall is expected to occur around 200 PM. Snowfall accumulations will be light through mid afternoon as the ground will remain warm and wet. Rainfall amounts through 200 PM will range between 1/10 and 1/4 inch.

Whoa. Had no idea about this being so early. Does this mean we'll start to have results around 11 pst?

I wonder what Nevada is going to do. I hope our efforts out there have helped. I think they will go for Romney just because he has momentum (from Michigan) and he was just over there but for no other intellgient reason.

Nevada's result could motivate Romney supporters in SC, and could push Fred back to 4th.
